You take a few sips, feeling refreshed, and you lie to yourself, “At least I have had something.” By noon, hunger calls again, and you grab a meat pie on your way to class because you think it is quick, cheap, and filling enough. Then at night, you crown your day with a sizzling shawarma from that popular shawarma spot near your hostel or you may even decide to soak garri. You smile, convinced that your stomach has done well today. But here is the truth; you have not eaten well at all. Not even close!
